We work with private companies, public authorities, NGOs, philanthropic organisations, and academic institutions across sectors and countries.
Our Expertise
We do not work in silos because real-world challenges do not.
Our expertise lies at the intersection of law, policy, and governance, where economic and environmental objectives meet across jurisdictions and sectors. We help organisations bring structure to complexity, clarify what matters, interpret evolving frameworks, and enable informed, strategic action in environments shaped by regulatory change and competing priorities.
Our work spans Circular Economy, Biodiversity, Antitrust & Competition, International Trade, Investment & Sustainable Finance, and Implementation, Compliance & Enforcement — not as separate disciplines, but as an interconnected system.
How we work
Every organisation faces different challenges, priorities, and levels of engagement.
We deliver all our services through clearly defined packages. Our offerings range from regulatory and policy analysis, expert briefings, and stakeholder mapping, to project design, implementation, and training workshops.
Clients can choose from project-based packages, retainer arrangements, or ad-hoc expert support — all tailored to specific needs and deliverables. These packages provide clarity on scope, timeline, and impact, making it easy for organisations to start taking action immediately.

Our Clients
Different actors. Different roles. Shared challenges.
Economic and environmental transition is shaped by many different actors. Investors allocate capital. Businesses shape markets. Public authorities create frameworks. Foundations and think tanks influence policy. Academia generates knowledge.
While their roles differ, they share a common need: understanding how evolving governance systems affect their objectives, decisions, and opportunities for action.
